COVID INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS

We are looking forward to re-opening our doors in the coming weeks.  I will begin seeing clients on June 16th. 

To do so, we will take special precautions to protect everyone, and we must all do our part.  Particular concern exists as one of our office members is currently undergoing treatment for Breast Cancer and also the addition of a newborn to our “family” at 1200 Savannah Road.  Please use caution when you choose to come in for sessions.  If you have any COVID-related symptoms or have been exposed to someone with the virus – please follow your physician’s quarantine instructions and self-quarantine as advised.  Please see below for more details about our COVID-protocol.  

  1. Protective face coverings are required at all times while in the office.  ***(If you arrive without a mask we will have disposable available for $3).
  2. The entrance will be locked at all times.  Once you park behind the building, please wait in your car and let your provider know you have arrived.  We will individually let you in – this gives sufficient time for prior clients to exit and for sanitizing purposes. Everyone will be escorted in and out of the building. 
  3. Please leave all personal items in your car.  Yes, even your phone!  We all know our phones are covered in germs and you are better off disconnecting during your session anyhow.  
  4. Payments will be accepted either by bringing a check with you to your appointment or contactless via invoice from your practitioner.  
  5. Upon arrival all clients must immediately wash their hands in the client’s restroom.
  6. Sick cancellation fees will be waived by all three of our companies.  We want to stress the importance of canceling if you are experiencing any COVID-like signs/symptoms or have been in contact with anyone infected.  
  7. Please be patient with our scheduling.  We know that everyone wants to get in for treatment ASAP; know that we are doing our best to be accommodating.
  8. **Kim’s clients – Water filling: please place empty water containers on the bench in the reception area.  Your containers will be filled and placed back on the bench for you to collect when exiting the building.  No one will be permitted to use the kitchen on his or her own. 

Our intent with these precautions is to keep everyone safe and healthy – clients, practitioners, family members, and our community.  We are all very much looking forward to seeing you and helping you along your health journey.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

This will remain my available appointment slots on June 16, through August 27, 2020.  Water refills and pickups will only be available during appointments.  Empty water containers will be placed on the bench in the reception area and you will retrieve them filled at the end of your session.

The front door will be locked at all times to avoid anyone entering the building without an escort.
