Ingredients
(makes 14 cannelés size popsicles)
- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 ½ cups orange juice
- plus the zest of 3 oranges
- ½ cup agave nectar
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, cook the strawberries for 15 minutes. Turn the heat off and using a hand blender, puree the strawberries. Carefully, taste the puree to see if it needs more agave. Pour the mixture in molds, let it cool completely and freeze it.
